We recently stayed at Country Side Villa in the serene Dhanaulti region of Uttarakhand, and it was truly a memorable experience. The villa itself is a charming retreat nestled amidst the peaceful hills — clean, comfortable, and surrounded by natural beauty. What truly made our stay special, however, was the incredible hospitality of the owner, Mr. Narender Chaudhary. From the moment we arrived, he made sure we felt at home. He took genuine care of us — checking in personally, arranging everything we needed, and offering thoughtful suggestions for local sights and experiences. His warmth and attentiveness added a personal touch that made all the difference. We had an amazing stay at Countryside by Alcor. The location is absolutely stunning surrounded by peaceful hills and breathtaking views. The property is beautifully maintained and offers a warm, cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern comforts you’d expect, while still retaining a rustic charm. The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive always ready to help and made sure our stay was comfortable. It’s a great base to explore nearby spots like Eco Park or just relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Keep in mind that the road leading up is a bit winding, but it’s totally worth it once you arrive. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect from the chaos of city life and reconnect with nature. Would definitely love to come back! ~ Jasneet S

Its a beautiful villa located in a beautiful place. The room we had was beautifully done, a welcome change from the usually bland interiors of even rated properties. It was spacious and also supremely comfortable for our family of 4 with 2 children. This being a homestay, the owner, Mr. Narendra was available throughout and very approachable. His approach to everything is meticulous and this shows in the way he has maintained and managed the property. Definitely one of the more memorable stays I have had anywhere. Another point worth mentioning is food. The home cooked dinner, we had there - simple chicken made Garhwali style was simply superb. Definitely worth visiting again! Highly recommended. ~ Ashish

I stayed with my family here including 8 adults and 3 kids in Jul'22 and our experience was amazing at this Villa. Everything was available at this place in terms of accommodation and the rooms were quite perfect and all the hygiene has been maintained in this entire villa. Food was very delicious and not spicy at all and everyone can relish the same kids, adults, senior citizen. Really appreciate the services provided by Villa's owner Mr Narendra Chowdhary who is very decent and soft spoken person. Last but not the least full marks to kitchen chefs Rahul and another person who made the food as per our requirement whether it's breakfast or dinner. Must stay visit in Dhanaulti and from here you can visit to Eco Park and very famous temple named Surkanda. We will definitely visit this place again in the future as well. ~ Paresh K

We had seen the place in videos and pictures but the first words after reaching here were “WOW!” and this was just at the driveway (we spent half an hour outside; clicking pictures before stepping inside). On entering we were greeted with cozy rooms with beautiful modern interiors that had been designed with love and care. Actually the whole place felt that the owners had made it with the most utmost care. We stayed at the villa for 3 nights in January, hoping that we might see some snow. However, nature had other plans. Our caretakers Rahul and Aayush, were extremely helpful and did not say no to anything. Even though we were miles from home they made us feel like we were still back there. The booking process was also seamless, everything was done over calls. I highly recommend this place. ~ Ketan A

Hi Everyone! I stayed in this property for 1night. This property is AMAZING. Well furnished, well equipped with all the amenities needed. Great view(s) with balcony and sitting lobby area. Travelled with family and the property to them indeed felt like a home. Property is New and everything smells FRESH and COMFY. Every corner has something to amaze you. Food and food service was on point. They let you have your own quality time without any disturbance. Staff is courteous and welcoming. Located about 10mins ahead of Eco Park, Dhanaulti. If travelling with family, MUST bring them for a quality-experience. Hotels aur Airbnb mai toh sab ruktay hain ek baar yeh bhi experience karao. Im certain they will like it just like my family did. We had a wonderful one-night stay at Countryside Villa Dhanaulti with a group of 9 people in their spacious 3BHK villa. Goose Bumps! That's what I get reminiscing the beautiful stay in this Picturesque Home Stay. Everything about this destination: From the road travel to the ambience, the minutest detailing of property to the Home cooked food, the modern with ethnic look of the bedrooms yet so comfortable and cosy! Neat and clean property, maintained with a lot of passion by Mr. Narendra. We felt like home and the hospitality from Narendra Bhai and Anju Bhabhi was excellent and made us feel like we are staying with family itself. Location is good and approachable. Good site seeing options nearby, tried Jeep safari which was a unique review. Tehri Lake sports activities are must to go. We couldn't visit the nearby temple which is approachable by a trolley. Overall a great experience, kudos to Narendra Bhai and Anju Bhabhi for making our staying rememberable. PS: the pics uploaded doesn't justify the actual beauty of property. Philosophy of this place is clear , a seamless blend of comfort , personalised service , Scenic views(wahhh👌)which not only rejuvenates you but creates lasting memories(which definitely i am taking back home 😌) , The best part is the smile and graciousness of the owner( Shri Narendra ji ), besides, the level of hospitality is what convinced me to visit it again and again….. The hotel is tastefully decorated. The rooms are cosy and comfortable with all the amenities.The mattress is comfortable to sleep and the cotton bedsheet on it gives a homely feeling. The bathroom is clean and a bucket ,mug and stool is kept for a comfortable bath. The staff is polite and courteous. The owner supervises the property himself and so every need is taken care of. The menu card and rate list is not displayed anywhere but the food is good. There is no place inside or outside the homestay for a group activity. Those who take a villa get a separate terrace though. It is a good property to stay in peace ,calm and close to nature. ~ sanjay g

Starting with a very warm n professional welcome with a personal touch, it was a great stay. The rooms were spacious and furnished with a homely touch. Didnt feel like we were staying in a hotel, felt like home with wood panelled rooms for that hilly touch. The staff were very courteous wearing a smile all the time. My daughter also loved the place and the experience as she got to watch Harry potter sitting on a swing on a huge screen in the reception area. The food was like home cooked and tasty. I am a travel agent and had booked the countryside villa for some clients, who were incidentally my cousins. This is just an excerpt of what they couldnt stop gushing about their stay in the countryside villa at Dhanaulti. This group arrived at the villa quite late, so was a bit worried if they would get proper dinner etc at the villa. However it turned out that my worry was needless! As all the staff alongwith the host, Mr Narendra Singhji, had waited up for the guests to arrive in order to serve them a piping hot and absolutely delicious dinner. And the experience went from good to better for their entire stay. The staff were all extremely courteous and heedful of the guests needs and wants. I think they took their cue from the owner Mr Singh, who was a lesson in politeness himself. All in a all, I would highly recommend everone to visit this gem of a villa, hidden in the mountains on the road to mussourie ! ~ Deepti N

Such a beautiful Villa. I felt like I owned a cute bungalow in the hills of Uttarakhand. Every corner of the Villa is so beautifully decorated, it's unbelievable the effort the owner must be putting in to make this property oh so beautiful. I have been to many resorts/villas/hotels far and wide, but this place in real is far better than anything you see in the pics, their service is even better. Awesome home-style food, Best location. If you visit Mussoorie-Dhanaulti-Kanatal area, I think there is no better place to live than Countryside Villa. It's an experience in itself, Recommended for all ~ Kamra S

We had a nice time , villa facilities & location is very good” Countryside villa is an excellent property,equipped with all necessary essentials of best quality and very well maintained. You will experience excellent views of mountains from the property. Staff is friendly & helpful. Food is also very good , it has a flavor of home cooked food. Dhanolti is a nice calm location , having beautiful views of snow clad Himalayas & hills and not to miss the winter line, excellent location to experience the winter line. Such a beautiful property! Love the view from Villa. Love the way the interior of the Villa has been made. The little details handmade painting and such amazing books on interior etc. to read, karaoke is a great hit because I love to sing. Staff are the sweetest people ever, they made our stay so comfortable and happy. They made perfect food, wouldn't be wrong if we say delicious food. The owner of the bungalow, Narender Chaudhary ji took care of our every need, made us feel like home. Overall I would say it's a lovely Villa to stay, Keep it up 💐 ~ sheela c
